In 2021, with the APS and BPS series, Wacker Neuson launched three new single direction electric and conventional drive vibratory plates into the market.
Two further battery-powered plates, APS1550e and APS2050e, and their petrol-powered counterparts BPS1550 and BPS2050, are now being added to the range. Also, the first diesel-powered model is being added to the series: DPS2050.
Thus, Wacker Neuson offers a suitable model for every requirement in the area of light compaction, with a centrifugal force of 10 to 20 kilonewtons and a base width of 30 to 50 centimeters. The vibratory plates are suited for all typical compaction work and particularly for asphalt compaction. Even clean finishes at curbs are easy to produce due to the angular side edges of the base plate.
Operators also benefit from low hand-arm vibrations (HAV) of less than 5 m/s², which makes fatigue-free work possible.
