The revised Wacker Neuson wheel dumper DW50 has been optimized for safety, performance and comfort.
A variety of new details make the machine the safe helper in material transport: the hill hold function prevents the machine from rolling back when stopped on a slope. Also, seat belt monitoring means the operator must first fasten the seat belt to be able to start the machine.
An optimized skip format for more volume and a minimized risk of damage when loading with an excavator bucket. The machine now comes with overfilling protection, seat heating, and cruise control as well as a large, clear display, safety features such as cameras in both travel directions, and rear LED lights with dynamic turn signals.
Other features of the machine are the standard auto-stop function: this shuts the machine off automatically after a predefined period of time when not in use. At the same time, electric consumers that are not safety-relevant are also switched off to conserve the machine’s battery. The advantages: operating costs are reduced, maintenance intervals become longer, and the resale value of the machine is accordingly higher. The time-tested and proven hydrostatic 4-wheel drive ensures that the machine evenly accelerates up to 30 km/h.
