Komatsu Europe has revealed the details of three new demolition attachments to add to their existing range. These include an all new static pulveriser, rotating pulveriser and demolition crusher.
The new demolition attachments achieve short cycle times by using large hydraulic components for maximized oil flow and a custom-made speed valve. On the mechanical side, the main areas of focus were strength and wear resistance. Exceptional performance was achieved by using Strenx 960 for the main structure, Hardox for protection plates and the use of alu-bronze bushings on the main hinge.
Komatsu is simplifying the customer experience by offering a comprehensive one-stop shop solution that includes both the excavator and the matching attachments. With a focus on convenience and reliability, Komatsu ensures that all equipment combinations have been rigorously tested for optimal performance, giving customers peace of mind and ease in selecting the right tools for their needs.

Extensive Range
“Each attachment is available in 4 sizes, suitable for 15 to 70 tonne machine class (rotating pulveriser and demolition crusher) and 16 to 60 tonne machine class (static pulveriser).” says Bastiaan Cassiman, Product Manager Attachments. “The attachments provide high cutting and crushing power at all times”. He concludes: “The attachments are designed to work their way through everything, both in primary and secondary demolition.”
Komatsu is setting a new standard in demolition equipment with its range of demolition tools, designed for exceptional reliability, ease of use and convenient maintenance. Featuring high-quality components and easily exchangeable parts, Komatsu’s tools ensure quick access for servicing and minimal downtime, helping customers maximize productivity. The new tools not only deliver superior performance but also contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
Earlier, Komatsu introduced the sorting and demolition grapples. With this latest launch, Komatsu continues to strengthen its offering, and more advanced attachments will be introduced over the coming year.
